With our Managed Warranty Service, the customer will receive;
- A prepaid UPS ship tag to send the tool in for warranty consideration.
- A 5 business day turnaround promise*.
- A unique reference number to track their request.
- Updates on the tool status and work performed.
- Visibility on past requests and actions taken.
In addition, after the first service request, we will save your information so that any future request will only need a model number and purchase date.
