Depends.
For all agents under normal circumstances, the primary URL is best. Be certain your system is configured properly.
When the enterprise undergoes changes, issues can occur. Being familiar with the workaround will ensure agents are back online quickly and minimize any impact to customers.

Effective September 12, 2022, the legacy SSO solution (CA Signin) transitioned to IR's secure, multi-factor authentication (MFA) solution, powered by Microsoft. You may hear it referred to as, "Azure MFA".
