The notification from my support request shows "Cc IR" followed by name(s) -- what does that mean?

Answer

The "Cc IR" lists out the names of Ingersoll Rand personnel who are currently following (essentially monitoring) your support request .  They will receive notifications of any reply comments you make.  Followers enable collaboration across the functional areas of business to ensure each request is properly supported, contains accurate information and solved in a timely manner.
