Ingersoll Rand IT Systems Cutover Blackout Period
We continue to prepare to separate the Ingersoll Rand Industrial and Climate segments into two standalone companies, and combine our Ingersoll Rand Industrial segment with Gardner Denver in late Q1. Separating our IT systems is one of our next processes, and we want to let you know the timing and what to expect during this period.
We’ve conducted extensive testing for the last few months to ensure we minimize disruption for our customers, distributors and our sales teams. The cutover details are as follows:
- Most applications (including front office portals such as I-Store and Tavant and back-office systems such as Oracle) will be unavailable throughout the blackout period from January 31 7:00 PM EST through February 4 at 6:00 PM EST.
- All systems will be down during that timeframe and our operations will not be shipping. All systems are scheduled to resume on Tuesday, February 4 at 6pm EST.
- Please make sure all orders are placed with a requirement date before or after the blackout period to minimize impact to your business.
- We expect our business to be operational and running normal on Wednesday, February 5.
